Is my appointment confirmed once I send a request?
Not yet. A request tells the office what you need and when you'd like to come in. The office will text or call to confirm the time, or to offer another one if it has filled. Your appointment is set once they confirm it.
Do you accept Medi-Cal?
Yes, Medi-Cal Dental is accepted. If a treatment needs prior authorization, the office submits it for you.
What should I bring?
A photo ID, your insurance or Medi-Cal card, and a list of any medications you take.
It's been years since I saw a dentist. Is that okay?
Yes. Mention it in your request or when the office calls. Dr. Zakariya goes slowly, explains every step, and checks in with you as she works.
